Mancu OS is a cloud-based Restaurant Operating System providing Point-of-Sale, Kitchen Display System, Inventory Management, Staff & Payroll, and Business Intelligence tools. Service is provided on a subscription basis (₹20 per order OR 1.5% of order value, as selected at onboarding). New modules are included as released; no separate upgrade fees.
You must provide accurate business information (restaurant name, GSTIN, owner ID) and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity or to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Staff you invite must be real, employed personnel.
Flat 20: ₹20 per processed order, billed monthly.
Rev Share: 1.5% of gross order value, billed monthly.
Refunds: if a billing error occurs, we credit the overcharged amount to your next invoice. No refunds for partial months or unused capacity.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data) arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but commit to 99.5% uptime and proactive incident communication.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email + in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes (e.g., pricing structure) require explicit opt-in — you keep your existing plan until you agree to the new one.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage informal resolution first — email support@mancu.cloud and we'll respond within 7 business days. For formal legal notices, contact legal@mancu.cloud.
