Email enterprise@mancu.cloud from your registered restaurant email with subject "DELETE ACCOUNT". Include restaurant name + owner name + GSTIN.
Our enterprise team verifies your identity against the registered restaurant, GSTIN, and owner ID. Typically completed within 24 hours.
During this window you can cancel the deletion request by replying to any confirmation email. No questions asked.
We strongly recommend exporting your data before deletion — the archive is yours forever.
Within 30 days, all personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are permanently erased from active systems and backups.
You receive a final email with a signed deletion certificate. Financial records retained 8 years per Indian Income Tax Act (anonymized aggregates only).
